RETURN POLICY
Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
The return of certain types of goods is not allowed. Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, cannot be returned. Similarly, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases.
Other items not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Certain health and personal care products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:
- Books showing obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes, or vinyl records
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the official refund is posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at asheriberi266@gmail.com.
Sale or promotional items (if applicable) Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at asheriberi266@gmail.com and send your item to: Université Yaoundé II, Soa, center, Cameroon.
Gifts If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you by mail. If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver, and they will know you have returned the gift.
Shipping To return your product, you should mail it to the following address: Université Yaoundé II, Soa, center, Cameroon. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility. It is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item worth more than €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
